The work of the Dominican Alliance is multi-faceted and requires the work and dedication of many others.

AFRICA CONNECTION COMMITTEE 
The purpose of the Africa Connection Committee is to continue building mutual relationships between the Zambian Dominicans and the Alliance Congregations.  The relationship between the Dominican Alliance and the Zambian Dominicans began with a study tour led by Sr. Margaret Ormond, OP (Director of Dominican Sisters International) and representatives from five Alliance Congregations in 2000.  read more

ASSOCIATE COMMITTEE
The purpose of the Associate Committee is to network the Associate programs of the Alliance Congregations and to educate the Associates about the Dominican Alliance as well as educating the leadership about the Associate programs within the Alliance.

BUDGET COMMITTEE
This a committee of the Leadership and its purpose is to assist the Treasurer in preparing the budget for the Dominican Alliance Leadership.

COMMUNICATORS
This committee is made up of the Communicators from each of the Alliance Congregations.  Their purpose is to work with other committees; to communicate activities of the Alliance to the member congregations and to provide information about the Alliance to the public.

DOMINICAN ALLIANCE CORPORATE RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT (DACRI)
The purpose of this committee is to assist Dominican Alliance members in participating in shareholder activities at whatever level each Congregation chooses. read more

ECO-JUSTICE COMMITTEE
This committee is composed of members who are involved in the Alliance ecological/environmental ministries.  The purpose of the committee is to educate its members and congregations through programs, retreats and the creation of a common land ethic.  It also strives to witness and preach the Word through our ecological and environmental ministries and to heal the earth. read more

JUSTICE, PEACE AND CARE OF CREATION COMMITTEE
This is a committee of the Justice Promoters of the Alliance Congregations.  The purpose of the committee is to share ideas and information about how each congregation approaches justices issues at the local level; to provide support for each promoter in her work of justice education, advocacy, and action; to collectively work on the Dominican Call to Action; and to maintain connection with the Dominican Promoters of Justice on the international level.  Bottled Up and Tapped Out

KALEIDOSCOPE COMMITTEE
The purpose of the committee to develop a network for those who are finding their way in Dominican life and assist them in developing their voice and confidence with those members 55 years old or younger or members professed under ten years; to provide opportunities for relationship-building and networking for the sake of the mission and to foster leadership for the future of the Alliance and the Dominican family.

PROMOTERS OF PREACHING COMMITTEE
The Dominican Alliance Promoters of Preaching are all invited to be part of the Midwest Promoters of Preaching and meet when the Midwest Preachers meet.  The purpose of the committee is to further the work of the US Dominican Promoters of Preaching.

VOCATION/FORMATION COMMITTEE
The purpose of the committee is to provide a support network for the Alliance Vocation/Formation ministers and to collaborate in various aspects of vocation/formation ministry.  The members of this committee are all currently serving in some aspect of vocation and/or formation work.
