Agnes Mindrup, OPA

Born -- March 31, 1913
Became an Associate -- April 22, 1990
Born to Eternal Life -- December 2, 2005

Agnes Mindrup became a Dominican Associate on April 22, 1990, in McCook, Nebraska.  Agnes was drawn tot he Dominican community because of her desire for spiritual growth and community with the sisters and associates.  For 15 years, she shared her prayers with, and for, the Dominican congregation.  Agnes offered her support, concern and hospitality to the Dominicans in Nebraska.

She died at the McCook Community Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her five brothers.  Her sister, Anna, lives in Salina, Kansas.  The funeral took place in Nebraska with the burial in Kansas.  Let us pray for the peaceful repose of Agnes' soul and for the consolation of her sister, Anna. -- Betty Pate, OPA
