This is a community of vowed sisters
and possibly other women who are discerning.

you, the discerner,
and the community time to further explore the call to be a Dominican as they
continue to work and/or study. |

The next step is more exploring but
with a tighter focus. This period is called
discernment. Once you feel that you are ready for
the next step, you would be invited to enter the House of Discernment
in Boston, Massachusetts. There you, and possibly other women who are
also exploring, would
live with the Dominican Sisters. At the end of this discernment
period the next step would be initial entrance into the community as
an candidate. This gives you the opportunity to share prayer,
